Crossfit Creek offers two programs to acquire your fitness needs.

We understand the hardest part can be walking through the door but committing to do it on a regular basis can also be a challenge. We welcome anyone from anywhere at any fitness level to join us in this journey of self-improvement.

Crossfit

 

CrossFit is, quite simply, a sport—the “sport of fitness.” It is constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity. We’ve learned that harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition, and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched.

 

There is no ideal routine! In fact, the chief value of any routine lies in abandoning it for another. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is very much like Crossfit but with more cardio based workouts and less weight. If you're looking for a sweaty workout session then Bootcamp is the program for you.
