Nutrition is our base for weight loss and performance. Without a foundational nutrition plan in order comes the shortcoming of any goal we are trying to accomplish. Our nutritionist, Marielle, has studied nutrition both for performance and in the field of hormonal imbalances that prevents ourselves in utilizing our food to our maximum potential. 5 years of Personal Training, a background in Body Building and Power Lifting along with her studies in International Society Of Sports Nutrition she is able to gather up what best fits your nutritional needs to accomplish your goals!
