Individual Programming

If the daily workout isn't providing enough to achieve your individual goals we offer one on one personal training. This gives you the opportunity to focus specifically on personal weaknesses whether it be for the Crossfit Open or just in general to become a better athlete. Some examples include struggling with: conditioning, body weight movements, strength, or even weight loss.
